Returns & Cancellations
Not happy with our product, purchased on our website ? You can return the product at your cost by courier within 10 working days to us, as long as the products are in the original condition and packaging, unused & with the original tags. We hope you understand that we cannot accept products that show any signs of use. Once we receive the returned products, and given that they match the conditions as specified, we will credit the purchased amount through original mode of payment you had used for the purchase of the product.
RETURNS due to Product Defect
All products that are dispatched undergo strict quality check procedures. However if you receive a defective product, you can email us at email@example.com or call us at +91 8111042151, (Monday - Friday) From 10am to 6 pm.
On reviewing your communication to us, you will hear from us. We will then arrange for the reverse pickup ( this is free of cost). Once we receive and assess the product we will try our level best to send you a replacement product, on the condition that it is available with us. If we do not have the same products available with us, we will initiate the refund. The refund will reflect in your account in 7 to 15 days from the date of initiation. Please keep in mind that he refund payment timelines are dictated by the issuing banks and are beyond our control.
No charges are applicable for refund on defective products.
